Business policy:

The company has created a price list of units with recommended prices for the end user, while the manufacturer’s effort is that dental units are purchased through contractual organizations that provide training, warranty and post-warranty service.

Contract sellers have the right to adjust the prices of the units in the market according to their actual costs as well as other factors. Unit prices may differ from one another in different markets. At the same time, the condition applies that the contractual organization cannot sell the unit outside the contractual territory.

Sale in the form of DIRECT SALE

Customers from other territories can order dental units directly from the manufacturer www.chiromega.sk email chiromega@chiromega.sk. The units will then be sent by suitable transport to the customer’s address. Mail-ordered units will be calculated  under recommended  end user prices, with 30% discount  to compensate for the inconvenience of delivery, unpacking, commissioning and maintenance during operation. 

Shipping costs will be charged according to actual costs, VAT will be reported depending on whether the client has an ID Code, or whether VAT (20%) is reported on the manufacturer’s side. In the event of a complaint, the customer has the right to send the unit to the manufacturer for repair. In the case of a simple repair, upon agreement with the client, the manufacturer will send a spare part free of charge with a description of the replacement, while it is recommended that the client order a local technician with basic experience in the service of medical devices for this replacement. The technician’s fee is on the client’s side. 

The unit’s warranty period is 12 months, and if the conditions specified in the warranty certificate are met, it can be extended to 24 months.
